Q: Can I call you instead of ‘000’?

A: No, '000' is the correct number to dial for the SA Ambulance Service for all emergencies and general Ambulance matters.

Q: I am hosting an event. Can you supply me with first aid cover?

A: We can put you in contact with our volunteer support services operated by EMT Academy Inc who can arrange FIRST AID personnel and logistics for your community event, just email us for details. Both EMT Ambulance and EMT Academy Inc are committed to supporting our community. www.academy.emt.org.au

Q: I run a shelter or similar facility. Can I use SA EMT?

A: Absolutely. Please contact us via email or telephone so we can describe the services we can offer you in further detail.

Q: Are you a 24 hour service?

A: At this stage we are an out of hour’s service. Our operating hours are from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm daily.
